Mapsoft Computer Services is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and returns may be granted for our software products and services.
Software Products
Due to the nature of digital software products, the following conditions apply:
- Trial and demo versions are available for most products, allowing you to evaluate the software before purchase
- We encourage all customers to use the trial version to ensure the product meets their requirements prior to purchasing a licence
- Refund requests for software licences are considered on a case-by-case basis
- Refund requests should be made within 30 days of purchase
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be granted in the following circumstances:
- The software has a significant defect that prevents it from functioning as described, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team
- You were charged incorrectly or a duplicate payment was processed
- The product was not delivered or the licence key was not received
Refunds are generally not provided in cases where:
- You simply changed your mind after purchase
- The software functions as described but does not meet expectations that differ from the documented features
- Your system does not meet the published minimum requirements for the software
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
Custom Development Services
For bespoke software development projects, refund terms are governed by the individual project agreement and contract. Payments for custom development work are typically structured around project milestones and deliverables as agreed between Mapsoft and the client.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your name and email address used for the purchase
- The product name and order reference number
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request

Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
